Orders placed on Elegoo official website can be shipped to the following countries and regions:
1. Once the package has been dispatched, please promptly monitor its status. If you encounter any of the following situations, please contact us immediately to prevent exceeding the logistics channel's tracing period: the package status remains unchanged for over 7 days, or if the package has been signed for but not received by you.
2. Upon receiving the goods, please ensure that the order is complete and undamaged. For any logistics inquiries, feel free to reach out to us without delay.

Shipping Fees
For orders shipped to EU countries and the United Kingdom (EXCEPT for several countries and regions listed below), we are responsible for customs duties.
Several countries and regions are: Norway, Switzerland, Las Palmas (ES), Santa Cruz de Tenerife (ES), Ceuta (ES), Melilla (ES), Åland Islands (FI), etc.
Ownership, Terms, and Risk
1. Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot re-direct it. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any express.
2. Typically, orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are sent to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Orders sent to the warehouse are usually non-cancelable and unmodifiable. If you need to make changes, we'll attempt to arrange with the warehouse, but success is not guaranteed. Any costs arising from incorrect addresses or order cancellations are governed by our return and refund policies, for which you are responsible for payment.
3. Please ensure that you provide accurate information when placing your order and keep your phone line open. If a product is returned for the following reasons, we reserve the right to request payment for the return shipping and an additional re-delivery cost before we can resend the item to you:

1. Consumable Parts
Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.
While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.
2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.
3. Warranty Periods
All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received.
4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.
B. Products that are lost or stolen.
C. Products whose warranty period has expired.
D. Free products or products that have been refunded.
E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.
F. Damage caused by external factors or misuse of products (including but not limited to resin leakage, falls, improper operation), normal discoloration, wear and tear, or other non-quality-related issues.
G. LCD screens that can not provide an identifiable SN code.
5. Warranty in Other Regions
For consumers protected by local consumer laws in their country of purchase, ELEGOO's Limited Warranty benefits are provided in addition to all rights and remedies under such laws, including but not limited to those described above. If local regulations specify a warranty period longer than our stated policy, the longer period will apply, and we will fully comply with local requirements to support our customers.
Return & Refund Policy
Important Notes:
1. These clauses do not apply to pre-owned or refurbished items.
2. All return requests must be approved by our official customer support team and be sent to our designated address as instructed. Unapproved returns may be rejected or lost, and we are not liable for such cases. Please confirm with customer support before returning to ensure safe processing.
3. The original item must be shipped within 7 days (return label is valid for 7 days) after return/replacement approval. Failure to do so will void the request, and later contact may require re-troubleshooting.
4. Please retain the original packaging to ensure your product is protected during transit. Deviating from our packaging instructions may void the warranty and incur additional charges. For warranty claims, the original box and packing materials are required to avoid processing delays.
5. The returned product will be thoroughly inspected by ELEGOO upon receipt to determine if it meets the inspection criteria. If the returned product fails to meet these criteria, your refund request may be rejected or subject to a deduction fee at ELEGOO's sole discretion.
6. Refunds or replacement products will be processed after we receive the returned item.

The 63-point leveling system adopts a non-contact sensor to automatically calibrate and compensate for any inconsistencies or unevenness. No more tedious leveling operations of the printing platform. Simply click the button on the screen to start the automatic leveling job!
There are hand-leveling knobs under the hotbed to fine-tune the build platform for a better compensation effect and final print quality.

Powerful Extrusion System
The double-gear direct extruder features a motor with three times the extrusion torque and enhanced gearing force, working with a titanium alloy throat pipe for easier filament feeding and more stable and precise printing.
And the 250W hotbed can quickly heat up to 100ºC, compatible with PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, TPU, and similar filaments.

PEI Magnetic Platform
The PEI magnetic platform features a special coating and a spring steel sheet for strong adhesion and anti-warping, allowing you to easily remove or eject the printed models by slightly bending the steel sheet.

Quiet & Safe Printing
The entire machine adopts an STM 32-bit motherboard with silent drivers and a more efficient nozzle heat dissipation structure, reducing the noise to below 50 dB, similar to a person's whisper. Its wear-resistant POM V-slot wheels move quietly, smoothly, and accurately.
The branded power supply has been repeatedly verified to ensure safe printing and reduce printing errors.

Enhanced Reliability
Z-axis dual lead screw + Z-axis dual-motor design with better synchronization increases the accuracy and stability of printing.
The XY-axis belt tensioner is more convenient for adjusting belt tightness by simply rotating the hand-twist knob, and the widened Y-axis profile makes the printing platform more stable.

Smart Resume Printing
No worries about unexpected power failures during the printing process, since the printer can resume printing after the power supply is restored.
With a filament detection sensor, whenever the filament runs out or breaks, the printer will pause and alert you until you load the new filament, helping to avoid material waste and model scrapping.


The fans on both sides of the print head ensure omnidirectional heat dissipation and rapid cooling of printed layers.
After printing, all fans will automatically stop working to extend the fan lifespan, reduce noise, and save power.

The 4.3-inch removable capacitive touch screen can be operated either handheld or fixed to the base.
The built-in model preview function allows you to preview the model image before printing and observe the printing progress.

The LED light strip on the gantry can be operated by pressing the buttons on the screen, making it convenient to observe the model printing in low-light environments.
The drawer toolbox on the machine base provides a perfect place to store the tools used with the printer.
